    • For bags, ensure that no scuffs, stains, or any other signs of usage are present.
  • Return Window:
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
  • Exclusions:
    • Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events may have different return policies.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

    • Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Return Authorization:
    • Once we receive your return request, we will process it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • This number must be included in your return package to ensure smooth processing.
  • Step 3: Packaging Your Return:
    • Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging (if available). The product should be secure to avoid damage during return shipping.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the package.
  • Step 4: Shipping Your Return:
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The following guidelines apply:

  • Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • If you used a credit or debit card, the refund may take 4-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    • If you paid via UPI or other digital wallets, the refund will be processed to the same account.
  • Refund Amount:
    • We will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
    • Any applicable taxes will be refunded, but restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style, we recommend that you return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs of the defective or incorrect item.
  • Step 2: Return Authorization:
    • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Step 3: Return Shipping:
    • Use the pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us at no cost. The item should be securely packaged to avoid any further damage.
  • Refund or Replacement:
    • Once we receive the defective or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or we can send you a replacement product (if available), based on your preference.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This will be clearly communicated to you before you initiate a return. Restocking fees are generally applied to items that are returned in a condition that is not in line with our return policy (e.g., damaged items or items without the original packaging). The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
