- The item should not show signs of wear or damage.
- For bags, ensure that no scuffs, stains, or any other signs of usage are present.
- Return Window:
- Returns must be initiated withinΒ 7 daysΒ of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
- Exclusions:
- Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events may have different return policies.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Step 4: Shipping Your Return:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
